Questionaires and Newsletter

If it is more than six months since Kawasaki was diagnosed and you have not completed a questionnaire please contact Sue via helpline@kssg.org.uk  

There appears to have been an issue with post so if you have not had a copy of the newsletter and question sheet from March 2010 contact Nicky via enquiries@kssg.org.uk

You can complete a questionnaire without being part of the group.  We are trying to get as much data on Kawasaki in the UK as possible.
